Appointments

It is the patient's responsibility to schedule follow-up appointments as directed by their healthcare provider.
Failure to schedule appointments may result in delays or interruptions in receiving medication refills.
While we recognize unforeseen emergencies and value your safety and health, patients are to provide 48-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to additional fees and will be charged to the patient's account on file.

Prescriptions

The patient during scheduled appointments will be given enough refills to last them till the next visit.
Refill requests should be made at least one week in advance to ensure continuity of medication supply.
All prescriptions are electronically sent to your pharmacy. For refill requests, the patient is to call the pharmacy.
Patients are responsible for taking their prescribed medications as directed by their healthcare provider.
There will be no ongoing prescriptions for benzodiazepines or other controlled meds to treat anxiety or insomnia.
